Join us at Brisbane Square Library for an interactive one hour workshop focussed on how to create a satisfying and meaningful life for yourself.
Psychologist and author Lana Hall will guide you through information and exercises to help you find your values, spend more time doing what energises you, and teach you a secret for coping with all the challenging circumstances of your life.
Connect with like-minded individuals who are interested in personal development and making the most of their time by living intentionally.

This workshop is based on ideas and principles from Lana's book, The Slow Life Project.
On arrival to the library, please ask the security guard located at the ground floor entrance to the library for directions to the room. It's very hard to find otherwise! The workshop is held on level 1 of the library, in the meeting room area.
