While wands might remind you of Harry Potter, they’ve actually been used in religious and ceremonial traditions for centuries. In this class, you’ll discover how to use a wand as a tool to deepen your spiritual practice. Whether you’re defining boundaries, focusing energy, or meditating, a wand can serve as a powerful extension of your intention.
