Dr. Brittney Ezell brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to her work as a keynote speaker, coach, and consultant. Before transitioning to public speaking and executive leadership, she spent over two decades in collegiate athletics as a Division I women’s basketball coach, building team-first cultures and developing talent at multiple programs. After earning a doctorate in Global Sport Leadership from East Tennessee State University, Brittney continued her passion for developing others through motivational speaking, leadership development, and team building. She also serves as CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams – Johnson City Market, where she leads one of the top-performing brokerages in the region while championing success through people. Known for her ability to instantly connect with audiences and deliver practical insights, Brittney focuses on helping individuals and teams build confidence, take intentional action, and maximize their potential.
