Design and create your very own garden art, exploring a variety of ceramic techniques.Join us for a fun and memorable experience creating a customised ceramic garden art piece.
You will be guided by our talented pottery instructors to create your very own art piece. Using hardwearing and cold weather resistant stoneware clay, it will be suitable for the garden, but can be placed wherever you like! You will have the opportunity to transform your idea using different techniquies into a showstopping piece to be proud of. You will also have the opportunity to come back and glaze your item, or we can do it for you!
Our V21 Pottery studio is located at the V21 Sbectrwm Community Enterprise Centre in Fairwater, Cardiff, overlooking our beautiful community garden. It's a peaceful, relaxed space to get creative with clay, and a great way to spend a Saturday. We work in small groups, so it's fun and friendly, and we'll have your finished pieces fired and glazed and ready for you to collect after 4 weeks . Our sessions are suitable for complete beginners, but we also welcome more experienced potters.
You will also be able to view and purchase handmade products and plants from our other V21 projects, at an exclusive 20% discount.
