Join us on Sunday, 12th October at the Riding Lights Theatre for a special celebration of creativity, collaboration, and community in Partnership with Carecent (https://www.carecent.org.uk)
Over the past 12 months, with support from the Health Inequalities Small Grants and the York Community Fund, the Create-to-Connect project has brought together people with lived experience of homelessness and social exclusion with health workers, volunteers and supportive organisations across York. Through creative activities, shared experiences, and collaboration, we’ve been building stronger connections and helping to improve access to opportunities.
This event will showcase the journey of the past year, celebrate the creativity and partnerships that have made it possible, and bring our community together for an inspiring day.
