About this Event
A gentle, grounding and creative workshop focused on helping and nourishing the self. This workshop invites you to explore what self-care looks like for you—beyond productivity, hustle, or “doing self-care right.” Together, we’ll slow things down and learn supportive tools that honour your body, emotions, and lived experience.
Participants will receive:
• A mini psycho-education on the nervous system using the Window of Tolerance, viewed through a decolonial and anti-oppressive lens
• Emotional regulation and coping strategies that are realistic and adaptable
• Creating a Self-Care Menu (one large version + a mini “fridge” version for everyday use)
• A hot nourishing beverage
• An opening gentle meditation and somatic body practice to support grounding and ease
This space is for anyone craving rest, reflection, and tools that can pour our energy and love back into ourselves.
