About this Event
Do you ever feel overwhelmed trying to manage your stress? I know I do. Sometimes emotions build up in ways that feel hard to put into words — and for me, one of the most grounding ways to regulate is to sit down and paint.
As a therapist in training, I’ve seen how powerful mindfulness can be when it comes to managing stress and reconnecting with ourselves. That’s exactly why I created the Create and Reflect workshop.
This is a 90-minute space designed for you to slow down, breathe, and practice mindfulness through painting. You’ll choose an animal figurine that resonates with you — something that reflects where you are emotionally. It becomes your starting point, an easy way to begin creating.
Throughout the session, I’ll offer guided prompts to help you stay present and connect more deeply with your thoughts and feelings.
It’s a small, intimate group, so you’re welcome to share or simply sit with your experience. This is a safe space, and you can show up exactly as you are.
