Start the New Year with Intention and Inspiration
The beginning of a new year and the perfect time to reflect on your current life situation, what you are grateful for and what you would like to change.
Together we will clarify during the workshop:
- What is working and bringing you energy and what is not and draining your energy.
- How you would like your life to be at the end of 2025 and why, creating a detailed colourful picture of your desired future.
- What development step/actions you can take, to start moving towards your desired future picture.
- How to Keep moving forward, step by step after the workshop.
During the workshop we will incorporate breathing techniques and Yin yoga to bring the breath, mind and body into a calm and creative state. We will also use breathing techniques and meditation to colour in the detail of your desired future picture.
