Creag Meagaidh CircuitA Highland classic — this horseshoe offers some of the finest mountain scenery in Scotland. From Aberarder car park, a woodland track leads to Lochan a’ Choire, beneath the dramatic cliffs of Coire Ardair. A steep climb through The Window brings you onto a sweeping ridge, taking in Creag Meagaidh, Stob Poite Coire Ardair, and Carn Liath. Along the way you pass impressive corries and rugged cliffs, with breathtaking views that stretch across Loch Laggan and deep into the Highlands. This is a walk that combines challenging climbs with moments of pure tranquillity, and rewards with a truly memorable day in the hills.
Fitness: This is a long mountain day and a tough walk. Good hill fitness is required.
