It's time to change the mythical story of carbs!
You have heard the rhetoric: "Carbs are bad." "If you want to lose weight, reduce your carbohydrate consumption." "Diabetics need to avoid carbs because they raise your blood sugar." Etc., etc., etc.
Let's move beyond rhetoric:
Whole carbohydrates are the body's natural source of energy; consuming them is good for your health.
In this class, you will learn the difference between wholesome and unwholesome carbs, and liberate yourself to enjoy the satiating goodness of delicious dishes made from carbs.
Here's the Menu:

• Easy Carbolicious Cream Sauce
• Black Rice and Blueberry Pudding
All Dishes are Whole Food Plant-Based, and Free of Added Salt, Oil, and Sugar.
In This Class, You Will:
- Learn how to make health-promoting, yummy dishes,
- Learn tips and tricks from a master chef,
- Learn techniques for culinary creativity, ingredient substitutions, and making food taste scrumptious without reliance on added salt, sugar, or oils,
- Receive recipes for the dishes made in class,
- Find out about the healing power of whole plant foods,
- Create a bountiful, comforting feast with your classmates,
- Enjoy a delicious, healthy meal together in community,
- Have a chance to get your questions answered, and
- Have fun!
