It is many years since Yorkshire Breweries competed with Cumbria Breweries at the Craven Beer Festival. Yorkshire won but there were certainly some
great beers coming from the Cumbrian Breweries.
The world has now moved on, new beers have been developed and new
breweries have come to the fore in both counties.
The public vote for the “Best Beer Of The Festival” by ballot box.
The county receiving the most overall votes is declared the winner
