Together with SewGreen, we’re very excited to announce our new event series Crafting Through History, pairing fiber arts instruction with discussions of history!For our inaugural event, we will be practicing and talking crochet. Gathering in the Carriage House behind the Anthony Museum Visitor Center, participants will learn about the history of crochet and women’s rights movements and then spend time crocheting together. Light refreshments, yarn, and crochet hooks will be provided.
Date: Saturday, April 25
Time: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Location: Carriage House
Craft: Crochet (beginner to intermediate, all ages welcome)
Cost: $30 per person
