In this interactive workshop, we'll embrace the warmth and comfort of fall by crafting our own personalized herbal tea blends and tea bags. Led by Kara, we'll dive into the mindful practice of tea blending, exploring the spiritual, physical, and emotional benefits of various fall herbs and spices. You'll learn quick flavor-pairing tips, experiment with quantities, and create your perfect cozy blend to enjoy throughout the season.

π Mindful Tea Tasting: Engage your senses with a mindful tea tasting session, savoring the flavors and warmth of a pre-prepared fall tea blend (or your own if you have ingredients on hand).
π Quick Tips on Flavor Pairing & Quantities: Uncover the secrets of flavor pairing and learn how to balance different ingredients to create your ideal blend. We'll provide guidance on quantities and encourage experimentation to find your perfect recipe.
π DIY Tea Blending & Creating Tea Bags: Get hands-on as you craft your own unique fall tea blend using the provided tips and your newfound knowledge. Fill and seal your personalized tea bags, ready to enjoy or share as thoughtful gifts.
π Closing & Reflection: Share your creations, ask questions, and reflect on the mindful experience of tea blending. We'll discuss how to incorporate this practice into your self-care routine and provide additional resources for further exploration.

π Fall herbs and spices: cinnamon sticks, ginger, clove, nutmeg, dried apple or pear pieces, rooibos, chamomile, etc.
π Empty tea bags or sachets
π Hot water and mugs for tasting
π Optional: Decorative packaging for gifting
π Measuring Spoons
π Bowl for Blending
π Jar for storing your tea blend

As a person with PTSD, I understand the importance of self-care and mindfulness.
