About this Event
Let's transform a lazy afternoon into a crafty adventure! Gather the kiddos for an afternoon of creativity hosted by one of our talented Philadelphia Teaching Artists you know from our First Friday West Philly event. From vibrant art stations to hands-on activities, there's something for every little artist to explore and enjoy.
Don't worry about those tiny tummies—we've got refreshing snacks and sips to keep everyone fueled and energized. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and imagination, so come join us for a day filled with laughter, crafts, and delightful treats!
Lessons include
Paint by number, paper marbling, bubble painting, making slime, dreamcatchers, macaroni jewelry, finger painting, friendship bracelets, painting flower pots, making wine cork stamps/ holiday gift wrap, ornament making, and more!
Parents Lounge
While the youngins are occupied on the first floor you can chill out upstairs in our lounge. Parents must remain on premisis during the activity.
Teaching Artist
Mantel Amey is a dynamic visual artist and a graduate of Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, PA. Known for her bold lines, expressive colors, and strong, vibrant subjects, Mantel’s work reflects her belief in living out loud and embracing self-expression. Her art invites viewers to engage with the world through a lens of boldness and emotion, embodying her philosophy that life should be lived with passion and authenticity.
