This urban farm dinner will be an ode to two skilled trades learned over years and passed down through generations: Butchery and Hair Cutting. With the rise of AI, skilled trades that are built on the human touch become ever more precious and vital. Cohosted with our friends at Dave the Butcher, and featuring the chance to meet The Chisel’s and DTB’s emerging generation of artists, this multi-course chef’s dinner will be a wonderful chance to meet friends and neighbors in a comfortable and vibrant atmosphere.
