Craft and Connect session for Women (10am to 12pm) - A nurturing and relaxing workshop. Two hours including a simple paper craft allowing time to talk and connect with other women while hands are occupied, followed by informal circle singing and finishing with a gentle guided relaxation. Tea/coffee and cake/fruit included of course!
