Crab Cake Cook-Off, Presented by Sims Orthodonics:The Crab Cake Cook-Off is an award-winning culinary extravaganza where you can savor a variety of delectable dishes, enjoy live entertainment, and participate in a silent auction! And you can do all of it while supporting a meaningful cause!
This year's event is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd at Seville Quarter!!
Think you have the best crab cake in town? Step into the competition and put your recipe to the test:
- Each team may include up to three members, including a Team Captain
- 6 full-size crab cakes for the judges
- 350 quarter-size crab cakes for guest tasting
- All ingredients may be prepped ahead of time; however, all crab cakes must be cooked on-site. Teams will be provided with an 8 ft table (with skirting), plates, napkins, and forks, and are encouraged to bring branded table coverings and décor to enhance their space.
- Cooking must be done using gas (butane or propane). Electric griddles are discouraged due to power limitations.
- Load-in and setup begins at 3:30 PM.
- Compete for both the Judge's Choice Award and the People's Choice Award
