Learn Life-Saving Skills with Red Cross Certified TrainingWe offer a variety of certified Red Cross courses to suit your needs:
• CPR Level A & C – Learn life-saving CPR skills for adults, children, and infants, including AED use and response to cardiac and circulation emergencies. (3 hours online and 2-3 hours in class)
• Standard First Aid (Intermediate) – CPR Level A & C – Comprehensive course covering CPR, AED use, choking, wounds, fractures, and medical emergencies; meets workplace requirements. (8 hours online and 7 or 7.5hours in class)
• Emergency First Aid (basic) – CPR Level A & C – This course covering essential skills in CPR, AED use, choking, wound care, and emergency response; meets workplace requirements. (4 hours online and 4-5 hours in class)
Please note: The difference between Level A and Level C is the scope of training. Level A focuses on adult care only, while Level C includes adults, children, and infants. Choosing Level C does not increase the cost, but it will require slightly more in-class time.

All courses are blended, meaning they include a self-paced online component followed by an in-class session. The time required for the in-person portion varies depending on the course selected.
Certification is valid for 3 years and meets WSIB and CSA standards, as well as most workplace and school
requirements
Completion: required to demonstrate skills, a minimum of 75% on a written evaluation and attendance to 100% of
the course

Once you complete your payment and the attached waiver your information will be sent to Compressions4You. You will then receive a link to the online portion of the course after April 14th (online content cannot be completed more than 4 weeks prior to the course). Please complete the online portion before attending the in-class portion.
