This CPR and First Aid class is designed to equip the community with essential life-saving skills. The training will cover CPR techniques, the Heimlich maneuver, wound care, heat exhaustion and stroke treatment, poisoning management, and vital sign interpretation. The class will be hands-on, with a mix of presentations and practical application using adult and infant manikins.Adults, teens, and tweens ages 9+ are all welcome to attend.
