Our 2025 AGM is just around the corner! It will be held on Saturday November 15 at 5:30PM sharp (doors open from 5pm), at the Factory! We are excited to announce that we will be bringing back out 'bring a plate' shared dinner (a 'Potluck') following the AGM, which is a great opportunity for socialising and catch-ups! We would love to see as many members there as possible as this will also double as our end of year event for the group. Please read on for full AGM, Committee Nominations and Membership details.🗓️ WHEN: Saturday 15 November @ 5:30pm sharp (doors open from 5pm).
📍WHERE: The Factory, Unit 20, 63-71 Bayfield Road East, Bayswater.
🍲WHAT TO BRING: If you are able to stay after the AGM, a meal/plate of food to be shared at our Potluck Social Event immediately following the completion of the AGM (as well as drinks for yourself).

- 2 year Chair term
- 3x 3 year General Committee terms
- 1x 2 year General Committee term
- 1x 1 year General Committee term

AGM VOTING RIGHTS - MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
In order to be able to vote at the AGM, should the need arise, you need to be a ratified member of our group. This means you need to sign up to be a member of our group for this financial year (2025/26) before Friday 24 October. We understand that most members join / renew once they have been cast in a show - so those cast in URINETOWN, you're all set!
