*One ballot per person to cast your vote for your favorite Chili & Wings in the People's Choice Awards (1st, 2nd, & 3rd place trophies).
*A panel of 5 Local Celebrity Judges will vote for the Chili & Wings Judges' Choice Awards (1st, 2nd, & 3rd place trophies).
*Entertainment by SHALLOW 9.
