From cosplay contests to concerts, car shows to tournaments, panels to performances, there is something for everyone to enjoy at Setsucon. Come join the convention that has been bringing our love of anime, manga, cosplay, and more together for nearly twenty years.
Setsucon 2025, located near the geographical center of Pennsylvania, is a 19th year anime convention catering to the Central Pennsylvania region. Setsucon 2025 is located at Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA. We provide a weekend of anime screenings, informative panels hosted by fans, opportunities to see industry guests, and various special events.
Setsucon is hosted by the Penn State Anime Organization (PSAO). Since September 2001, the PSAO has been bringing anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture to the Penn State-University Park community. Through weekly anime screenings, video game nights, a manga library, and many more activities across campus, PSAO provides a social environment for Penn State’s anime/manga fan base while continuing to grow to bring more to the community. For its efforts, it was named the Penn State Student Organization of the Year in 2018.
