A Continuing Professional Development Specialty Intensive
From our first breath to our last, kindness, warmth, and compassion sustain us through life’s challenges. This 4-day intensive offers yoga teachers, therapists, and mental health professionals a unique opportunity to gain a strong foundation in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and meditation practices.
Combining ancient yoga postures, breath mastery, and compassion meditation with the latest research, you will learn how compassion impacts brain and body processes—improving heart rate variability, calming the nervous system, and alleviating anger, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Buddhist and yogic traditions teach that the breath and love within the heart are life-changing medicines. You will explore these practices deeply, developing skills to care for yourself and others without burnout, and learning present-moment compassionate awareness techniques.
By the end of this training, you will understand compassion as flow—to others, from others, and towards yourself, and gain practical tools to foster resilience, connection, and emotional well-being in both personal and professional contexts.
