Save big money at the library! Join us to make classic low-budget (free to you) decor for the winter season. Kids will learn to make crafts such as decorative spiced oranges, popcorn strings, paper chains, paper ornaments, and paper snowflakes!
These crafts are best for kids ages 5-11 years with their caregiver, but siblings are also welcome.
