This is the final Reikaura offering on the books as of now.While Jessie and Sammy have every intention of continuing to offer Cozy Reikaura sessions and Reiki trainings in the future, we’re taking a short pause as Sammy prepares for her move and we re-envision what these offerings will look like moving forward.
In Cozy Reikaura, Sammy (Yoga Instructor RYT-500 & Reiki Master) leads a restorative yoga class consisting of very gentle and relaxing postures, soothing breath work & mudras, & deep meditation while offering reiki from a distance.
Jessie (Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master) works her reiki magic throughout the whole class, offering intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students are held in supportive yoga shapes.
The energy when Sammy & Jessie collaborate is imaginative, powerful, & deeply healing, and they love sharing it with you!
