THE PINK DOOR LASAGNE
Chef Sue’s version of this Seattle specialty!
Layers of fresh Pasta, Marinara Sauce, Bechamel Sauce & Spinach & Basil Pesto, topped with Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese.
Students will take home their Lasagne to enjoy!
TIRAMISU
Layers of Italian Lady Fingers, Marsala Custard, & Espresso Coffee, covered with Chocolate Shavings.
Students will assemble the Tiramisu from prepared ingredients to take home for dessert.
