Join Darcey N. for this this 90-minute workshop to cultivate peace, calm and relaxation during the busy holiday season. Students will practice restorative yoga postures supported by blocks and bolsters. (We will have a limited number of bolsters on hand, however, students are encouraged to bring their own if possible!) Students will also explore various meditation techniques such as body scan, breath awareness, metta, and guided imagery. Cost is $30 per student, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the “Workshops” tab on our app. See you there!
