About this Event
College is a season when many young adults begin asking big questions about faith, vocation, and their place in the Church. Without a strong faith community, it can be easy for faith to take a back seat during these formative years.
Cowboy Catholics at McNeese State University exists to walk with students during this important time. Through Bible studies, retreats, mission trips, discipleship, mentorship, and access to the sacraments, students are supported as their childhood faith grows into adult faith. They are reminded that they do not have to walk this journey alone.
We invite you to support this mission by joining us for our Annual Crawfish Boil & Auction. This family friendly event is a fun and meaningful way to come together in fellowship while directly supporting campus ministry and the students we serve.
All proceeds from the Crawfish Boil and Auction help make Cowboy Catholics possible, forming future priests, religious, spouses, parents, and leaders of our Church.

The event will be held at the McNeese Alumni Grove and Pavilion on April 25, 2026 from 5:30-10:00p.m. Tickets are $50 and include 5lbs of crawfish, corn, potatoes, crawfish dip, two soft drinks or beers, and a koozie! There will be LIVE music and and all kinds of FAMILY FUN for all ages!
