About this Event
Build an anti-austerity and anti-war alternative to Reform and the other Establishment parties at this year’s May elections.
The elections will give millions of working-class and young people a way to express their anger at Starmer’s Labour. Around 5,000 council seats are up for election on 7 May, including all 54 seats in Coventry. Given the decline in Labour's support, Reform UK could secure many hundreds of seats, expanding its platform to divide the working class.
Join us to hear how anti-cuts activists, trade unionists, anti-war protesters, and socialists are coming together to put a socialist alternative on the ballot paper in May.
Keynote speakers:
Zarah Sultana, Your Party MP for Coventry South;
Cllr Grace Lewis, Independent Councillor and candidate for Tile Hill & Canley (Westwood) ward;
Dave Nellist, former Coventry MP and Councillor, now Chair of TUSC and candidate for St Michael's.
Join us on Friday, 10th April - and tell your friends, neighbours and workmates.
