The Superior Court WILL be requiring the use of the digital evidence system beginning this summer for all cases! Knowledge and a working understanding of the digital evidence system will become essential for the smooth presentation of your case, including the submission of exhibits and evidence. This is a don't-want-t0-miss opportunity to familiarize yourself with the digital evidence system and ask questions of a Judge and Superior Court IT who can provide you with helpful insights.
