About the Teacher:
A working Dad of four, who is passionate about finding practical application of Buddhism in daily life.
Matevhu has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2012. He started teaching meditation classes while living in Cape Town, also lived and taught meditation classes in Durban over the past two years. Now excited to be back in Johannesburg after having left in 2016.

Please use Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the Upper Level courtyard.
Please arrive a few minutes before the event starts to register and settle in. We have a book shop to browse and water on sale.
