Grow and update your understanding of the law and policy frameworks that underpin the Duty to Consult. Delivered by the Lands and Consultation Hub at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law (Common Law Section), exercises in this course will focus on developing Consultation Communication Plans and key Consultation Negotiation strategies.
This course is the second in a series of four. It can be taken alone, or can be combined with the other three courses to obtain The Professional Certificate in Indigenous Consultation and Legal Duties.
