Dare To Be Vulnerable, in collaboration with our Champion Hosts Hyperion Electrical – and Real Strategy Advisors – , invites you to an evening of courageous conversation and community building around mental health awareness.
November is Movember – a time to focus on men’s mental health.
Did you know men are far less likely to seek help for mental health challenges, and represent a disproportionate number of suicides in Canada? This session is a chance to hear real stories, learn lessons, and explore strategies that help men thrive.
