This Couple's Sound Bath is designed for partners who want to soften stress, feel more connected, and learn how to settle the nervous system side-by-side.
We’ll blend a deeply relaxing sound journey with guided co-regulation practices and a gentle, optional healing touch twist, so you can experience what it feels like to feel safe, supported, and grounded in the same space.
Whether you’re navigating a busy season, feeling disconnected, or simply craving quality time that actually restores you, this evening is an invitation to exhale and reconnect.
What you’ll experience
- Guided co-regulation practices to help your bodies unwind together
- A soothing sound bath using healing frequencies (instruments may include crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and gentle percussion)
- A healing-touch-inspired element to support relaxation and ease (always consent-based and clearly guided)
- Grounding breath + intention setting to arrive fully
- Space to integrate so you leave feeling steady, open, and refreshed

Time: 6:30–8:30pm (please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in)

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster, water, socks (anything that helps you feel cozy)
What to wear: Comfortable layers—you’ll be lying down and body temperature can drop during deep relaxation
The “healing touch twist” is gentle, optional, and always consent-based. You’ll be guided step-by-step with clear choices, so you can participate in a way that feels safe and supportive for both of you.
