Meet 4 weeks (5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20) to explore deeper intimacy & connection w/ your partner through ecstatic dance. Each 2 hour session includes opening somatic exercise, 90-min dance journey & closing process circle. Space is low-lit offering more anonymity, heightened immersion, & internal focus. Curated music designed to move, release, & receive. Arrive for a heart-centered, shoe-free, high-energy movement meditation. For two nervous systems, two bodies, & two hearts. No dance expereince necessary.
