Michael Thomas is a certified Wim Hof Instructor and breathwork coach who guides people through practices that build resilience, presence, and inner strength. His work invites individuals to choose the hard things—conscious breath, cold exposure, and stillness—so life can feel fuller, clearer, and more rewarding. Blending science-backed methods with soulful ritual, Michael helps people reset their nervous systems and step into the year grounded, energized, and aligned.
Lulu Elise
Lulu is a mother and experiential guide who creates activation-based experiences focused on embodiment, connection, and personal expansion. Her work helps people reconnect with their potential and feel supported as they step into what once felt out of reach. Through Plunsana, Lulu designs spaces rooted in belonging, presence, and possibility—where clarity emerges naturally and people feel empowered to move toward the life they envision.
