About this Event
Couples Shadow Work Workshop (In-Person)
Plano, Texas | Saturday, April 4 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Every relationship has patterns.
Sometimes we repeat the same arguments, feel triggered by our partner, or struggle to communicate what we really need. Often, these reactions are connected to parts of ourselves that remain unseen — what psychologists refer to as the shadow.
This in-person Couples Shadow Work Workshop is designed to help partners explore the unconscious emotional patterns that influence their relationship.
Through guided reflection, conversation, and experiential exercises, couples will learn how to recognize emotional triggers, understand the deeper roots behind conflict, and build more conscious communication.
This workshop creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment where couples can safely explore the inner dynamics that shape their relationship.
During this workshop couples will:
• Learn what shadow work is and how it shows up in relationships
• Identify common emotional triggers and recurring patterns
• Understand how past experiences influence current reactions
• Practice conscious communication and emotional awareness
• Gain tools for navigating conflict with more understanding and connection
This experience is ideal for couples who want to deepen their emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop a more conscious relationship.
