I am arranging a social to a country dance Hoe Down at WX in Wakefield centre. If there are enough of us we can look at shared minibus too. The details are:-Cowgirls and cowboys assemble… the rodeo is rollin' into town.
Saddle up for the ultimate country night at WX… dust off your boots and don your cowboy hats.
Kick off the night by brushing up your line dancing skills with our dance instructor, or testing your rodeo skills on the mechanical bull, before the night really gets stompin' with live music from Country Bound.
Expect some of the biggest tunes in country, from Dolly Parton, Shania Twain and Zac Brown Band, to modern hits from Beyonce, Tigerlily Gold, Carrie Underwood and much more.
Timings
Door Opens: 6pm
Line Dancing Lesson: 7pm - 8pm
Live Music: 8.30pm till late
Built up an appetite? Fuel up with Tex Mex, jacket potatoes, burgers and more from our onsite street food vendors.
Tickets are £15 which includes an hour’s instruction followed by social dancing. A chance to try out some of the dances taught in our classes 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
