About this Event
Record Store Day — After Hours at 12 Bar
Join us for Counter Culture, a relaxed and funny evening celebrating the strange, brilliant and very human world of record shops.
Hosted at 12 Bar Music & Social, the night brings together true stories from behind the counter, a vinyl-themed quiz with prizes, an open Q&A, and a charity vinyl giveaway — where guests can take home quality records (some signed) in exchange for a £10 charity donation.
This is not a lecture or a panel — it’s a warm, story-led night for music lovers, collectors, and anyone who’s ever spent too long flipping through records.
What to expect
- Comic record shop tales
- Vinyl quiz with great prizes
- Q&A and conversation
- Charity vinyl giveaway (signed records included)
