Presented by KindEarth Collective and The Wiggle Room, join us for a conservation effort at the Helen Schuler Nature Reserve to help keep Lethbridge’s river valley pristine! As part of the River Valley Conservation Projects, this clean-up focuses on maintaining the beauty and health of our local coulees.
Meeting Location: Helen Schuler Nature Centre
Terrain: Flat land - great for youth and young children!
Group Size: Ideally we have a group of 15-20 people
Preparation:
- Wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes and dress for the weather.
- Use sunscreen and stay hydrated.
- We will provide all cleanup supplies
In previous years, dedicated teams like the RBC, Fresh Start Recovery, and local Scout groups have removed anywhere from 1 to 13 bags of trash from this specific area. Your contribution helps continue this legacy of stewardship!
