Dreaming of becoming a runner but not sure where to start? Join us on the beautiful Beaver Brook Nature Trails for a supportive, beginner-friendly Couch to Trail series! This program is designed for anyone who’s felt intimidated by running or unsure about taking the first step. We'll guide you through a gentle, step-by-step approach to trail running, focusing on building endurance, confidence, and enjoyment of the outdoors.
Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll progress at your own pace with the encouragement of our coach, Amanda Cabrera, and fellow runners. Along the way, you’ll learn about safe running techniques, trail etiquette, and how to make the most of the stunning nature trails right here at Beaver Brook. Lace up and join us!
