Join Coach Julie Hartman, Mindfulness Expert, for a guided experience through the beautiful trails at Beaver Brook.
Studies have shown that slow-paced, mindful walks in nature can produce amazing health benefits. Opening the senses and connecting to nature can result in a boost for the immune system, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and stress, and improve sleep. We will draw on the principles of a practice often referred to as Forest Immersion to experience the natural world in new health-enhancing ways.
