From couch to 5K one step at a time Build confidence - Boost energy - Cross your first finish line.
This program includes three in-person training sessions to help you learn techniques in strength training, mobility, and building endurance to become the runner you've always wanted to be. You'll also be provided a custom training plan tailored to your goals and an exclusive program t-shirt. Plus, celebrate your growth with a group 5k run at the end of the month, date tbd.
In-person sessions will be Monday, May 4th, 11th, and 18th from 5:30-6pm at the Y.
