Join our 8‑Week Couch to 5K Challenge designed especially for complete beginners!
This guided program will help you build fitness and confidence while enjoying the beautiful flat paths around the lake and community centre grounds.
📅 Mondays at 7:30 PM
🌞 Saturdays at 9:30 AM
💪 Optional Strength & Conditioning: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM at The Park Community Centre
🎯 Options
Run once per week (Mondays or Saturdays)
Run twice per week (Mondays and Saturdays)
Add Strength & Conditioning to either package
👥 Who Can Join
Open to men and women aged 16+
No experience required – perfect for beginners

€5 per session
One run per week (8 weeks): €35
