Cotton Candy & Community: Sisterhood Society PDX at the Fair! 🎡
Cheers to another fabulous Sisterhood gathering! Let's celebrate the summer with an afternoon of fair fun, connection, and good vibes with the amazing ladies of Sisterhood Society PDX.
Whether you’re a familiar face or brand new to the group, everyone’s welcome to come as they are. This is a relaxed, no-pressure outing where we can wander, share stories, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Bring your beautiful energy — we’re here to make memories, not impressions! 💕
A Thoughtful Choice for Us:
We know midlife can bring sensitivity to noise, crowds, and overstimulation — big fairs aren't always easy. That's why we're heading to the 70th Annual West Linn Old Time Fair (July 10–12, 2026, at Willamette Park)! Nestled by the river among trees, it's calmer and family-focused with a parade, rides, car show, water ski shows, pie-eating contest, and local heritage vibes — just right for us.
Savor vendor tables, cotton candy, amazing fair food like corn on the cob, elephant ears, BBQ ribs, and the best pie around, plus family music and a beer tent (21+) with fun country tunes.
Meetup Details:
Find us at the playground/structure with swings near the food area. We may be in Sisterhood Society PDX shirts, hats, buttons/name tags, or with a pink balloon. We'll wait 30 minutes, then stroll through in small, easygoing groups (join us or explore solo — your choice!).
Parking Tip: Arrive early — spots near the fair if available, or park in the neighborhood on the hill above (short walk down... and up at the end!).
Why We're Offering Tickets:
We're introducing FREE tickets so we can track attendees, thoughtfully pair sisters who want to hang out together, and quickly notify everyone if plans change — keeping things smooth and connected for our community.
