If you have not yet received one of my sound journeys of self-discovery, now is your chance. I am offering monthly sound sessions at the Lesser hall Cottesloe civic centre starting this month on sunday the 28th, the session is from 5:30 to 6:45 pm.
Join me, Josh, for a sound journey of self-discovery at the beautiful "Lesser hall," located at the stunning cottesloe civic centre. An iconic location which has an ancient energy to it, surrounded by nature, ocean, and purched up high on a hill.
I'm blessed to be co-facilitating this monthly experience with the amazingly talented and beautiful kirsty Jade from #kirstyjadeyoga.
Together, kirsty and I will entwine natural sounds from all over the world to create a unique sound scape that helps to guide you into your subconscious for processing and healing.
WHAT TO EXPECT...
I will explain to you briefly on what sound journeying is and its benefits, guide you on a meditation, and co-create a space that allows your mind to relax and let go for deep relaxation.
