With only a week to go, preparations are underway for our Cosy Winter Retreat Day and I'm looking forward to collaborating with Asmita Khemka, creator and founder of Art from Hearts. Asmita will join me to align, heal and manifest with the chakras.
Chakras are beautiful energy centres, like little anchors of wisdom inside us. As we combine yoga practice with nuerographica art, we set intentions and give them a pathway to flow into our lives.
