Look ahead to 2027, dates are booked, February 6 - 13This is Heartsong Yoga & Maureen Elise Quinn’s annual trip to beautiful Costa Rica, a vacation retreat in paradise. It’s a perfect combination of warmth and sunshine, miles of pristine beach, fabulous food, yoga time, quiet time, and play time. It is the kind of trip where you can come “solo” and make friendships that last a lifetime. Bring a yoga buddy or a partner, even a “non-yogi” will find themselves swept up in the beauty and the “Pura Vida” (Pure Life) vibe of Costa Rica. Limited space, we sell out every trip.
February 7 – 14, 2026: Yoga Retreat in Paradise
Join us for our 5th annual trip to the beautiful beaches of Playa Grande and Rip Jack Inn Boutique Hotel. We start each day with a morning meditation, followed by an asana class led by Sheila, a Gentle/All Levels yoga practice (we welcome all levels students for this immersion). Each afternoon, Maureen guides a deeply restorative yoga practice. We include time for yoga lifestyle discussions, dharma talks, community circles, and storytelling.
Enjoy early morning beach walks, afternoon playtime, and evening “happy hour” sunsets on the beach with tropical cocktails or mocktails. The food is plentiful and delicious.
Feb. 7 – 14:
Our excursions will be a morning estuary tour and an afternoon party sailboat experience out on the ocean with swimming and snorkeling and so much more!
Everything is optional, so plan your days to be as busy or as quiet as you like. Swim in the pools or ocean, lounge, hike, or relax with a book in a hammock beneath the palm trees.
