COSMOS CONNECTION
Las estrellas susurran secretos a nuestras almas. Algunos dicen que guían nuestros destinos, tejiendo hilos de conexión a través del cielo nocturno. No estamos separados de esta coreografía celestial. Estamos entrelazados con el cosmos, formamos parte de la vasta danza cósmica que da forma a nuestras vidas.

El cosmos exterior es un reflejo del interior. Cada uno de nosotros alberga un universo en su interior, una compleja e intrincada danza de emociones, pensamientos y experiencias. En este taller exploraremos esta íntima conexión entre nuestros mundos interior y exterior.

Danzaremos con los ritmos de la Tierra, encarnando el poder enraizador de nuestro planeta. Como el sol, encarnaremos cómo es ser y dar luz. Nos balancearemos con la luna, conectando con las aguas profundas y emocionales que llevamos dentro. Alcanzaremos las estrellas, encontrando inspiración y guía en su luminosa presencia.

Al empezar y terminar este viaje cósmico, recordaremos que es en el espacio intermedio -el vacío que nos contiene a todos- donde reside la verdadera magia. Bailemos, exploremos y abracemos la conexión cósmica que nos une al universo y entre nosotros. Que los ritmos del cosmos fluyan a través de nosotros, revelando la profunda belleza de nuestra existencia.

Arjan ha bailado 5 Ritmos en los últimos 18 años y se ha dedicado a la enseñanza del nivel Waves desde 2005 y Heartbeat desde 2010. Enseña Open Floor desde 2016.
Vive en el campo en Holanda, y enseña internacionalmente.
Su corazón hecho cuerpo es la evidencia de estos aprendizajes.
Su naturaleza humana, con los pies en la tierra, crea espacios seguros en los que la fuerza vital puede encontrar su camino hacia la pista de baile.

COSMOS CONNECTION
The stars whisper secrets to our souls. Some say they guide our destinies, weaving threads of connection through the night sky. We are not separate from this celestial choreography. We are intertwined with the cosmos, a part of the vast cosmic dance that shapes our lives.

The outer cosmos is a reflection of the inner. Each of us holds a universe within, a complex and intricate dance of emotions, thoughts, and experiences. In this workshop, we will explore this intimate connection between our inner and outer worlds.

We will dance with the rhythms of Earth, embodying the grounding power of our planet. Like the sun we will embody how it is to be and to give light. We will sway with the moon, connecting with the deep, emotional waters within us. We will reach out to the stars, finding inspiration and guidance from their luminous presence.

As we begin and end this cosmic journey, we will remember that it is the space in between – the emptiness that holds us all – where the true magic lies. Let us dance, explore, and embrace the cosmic connection that binds us to the universe and to each other. May the rhythms of the cosmos flow through us, revealing the profound beauty of our existence.

Arjan has been dancing the 5Rhythms for 18 years and has taught the Waves level of this practice since 2005 and Heartbeat since 2010. He is teaching Open Floor since 2016.
His embodied heart is evidence of these teachings. His down to earth humanness creates safe spaces in which the life force can find its way to move through and out onto the dance floor. He lives in the countryside in the Netherlands and teaches internationally.
