- Cosmic Slow Flow consists of astrology discussion, meditation/breathwork, restorative poses, as well as a gentle flow.
- Offered every Sunday at 11:30am at The Big Love Yoga Barn
- The Barn runs on donations; suggested class donation is $10-25
- Donations can be sent prior to class, the day of class, or after class
- No yoga or astrology knowledge is required, just an open heart and mind
- Bring a yoga mat, whatever you would like to feel comfortable during class. The Barn has extra mats and props as well.
